Reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card (open voucher for guests), or with a deposit or transfer of 50% of the total service.
Changes of time and/or date. To make changes in scheduled appointments must be notified with a minimum of 2 hours in advance. Notifications with less than 2 hours will be charged 10% of the total service. All changes are subject to availability.
Punctuality. To provide full service it is important to be punctual, the maximum tolerance is 15 minutes, the late time will be subtracted from your service.
Cancellations. All cancellations must be notified more than 3 hours in advance. For cancellations made between 3 and 2 hours in advance a charge of 50% of the total amount of the service will be applied. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice will be charged 100% of the amount of the service.
