Cancellation Policy

1) Direct reservations, by phone call or whatsapp: 

To make any reservation it is necessary to make a deposit or money transfer for 50% of the total amount to be paid. Therefore your reservation will be guaranteed and you will be able to pay the remaining 50% upon arrival at the hotel.

2) Cancellations: 

1.-For cancellation requests with applicable refund or modifications traveling during low season (January, February, May, June, September, October and November) It must be done at least 03 days in advance of the arrival date.

2.- For cancellation requests with applicable refund or modifications traveling during high season (March, April, July, August, December 15 to 31 and holiday weekends) It must be done at least 15 days in advance of the arrival date.

3) Early departure or no show. If the guest wishes to check out before the check out date (Early Departure) or does not show up at the hotel on the day of the check-in (no show). It is considered as a last minute cancellation and no refunds will apply.

Payment Options

The total amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking.

2. Pay at the Hotel

5% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be paid at check-in.

Payment Information

• In case of a no-show or cancellation according to the policy, the corresponding charge or refund will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment or as a booking guarantee during check-in.
• By confirming a reservation, you agree that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation, as they relate to services provided during the booking process.
